Why is a women’s accelerator program important?

This program is essential to equip women with the skills, confidence, and networks to overcome unique career barriers, unlock leadership potential, and accelerate growth. It fosters an inclusive talent pipeline, driving both individual success and organizational innovation.

This blended learning program can be delivered in a virtually or in an in-person mode, depending on the learning preferences of the target group.

How was this program designed?

This program was designed based on an intensive benchmarking exercise conducted among women professionals. The learning outcomes and content addresses the challenges faced by women professionals at the workplace.

How are we measuring impact?

We measure impact through pre- and post-assessments by both learners and managers, creating a 180-degree feedback loop to track progress, foster reflection, and strengthen support and allyship. These assessments, combined with mid-program conceptual evaluations and mini projects, are compiled into a comprehensive report that captures the program’s impact on the learners.
