Why is a women’s leadership program important?
Equipping women leaders with essential skills and strategies, it empowers them to unleash their full potential, enhance their effectiveness and influence as leaders, and confidently tackle challenges in their professional and personal lives.
In what mode is this program delivered?
This blended learning program can be delivered in a virtually or in an in-person mode, depending on the learning preferences of the target group.
How was this program designed?
This program was designed based on an intensive benchmarking exercise conducted among women professionals. The learning outcomes and content addresses the challenges faced by women leaders in their roles.
How are we measuring impact?
We measure impact through pre- and post-assessments by both learners and managers, creating a 180-degree feedback loop to track progress, foster reflection, and strengthen support and allyship. These assessments, combined with mid-program conceptual evaluations and mini projects, are compiled into a comprehensive report that captures the program’s impact on the learners.
